Job summary

PT Assawala Persada Indonesia is seeking an detail-oriented accounting and tax professional to manage daily transactions and ensure accurate records. You will handle AP/AR, prepare invoices, perform bank reconciliations, and support tax compliance including PPN, PPh, e-Faktur, and e-Bupot.

The ideal candidate has at least a D3/S1 in Accounting or Taxation, 2 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to meet deadlines while coordinating with clients and vendors on tax

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting & Tax.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.
• Experienced in monthly tax compliance and reporting.
• Good understanding of PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Final, and related tax obligations.
• Familiar with e-Faktur and e-Bupot.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Able to manage deadlines and multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in construction, property, or hospitality is a plus.
• Brevet A & B certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR).
• Prepare and verify invoices, payment documents, and transaction supporting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare periodic accounting and financial reports.
• Manage monthly tax compliance, including calculation, payment, and reporting.
• Prepare and manage PPN, PPh, e-Faktur, and e-Bupot as applicable.
• Reconcile tax transactions and tax documents with accounting records.
• Monitor tax payment and reporting deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding tax invoices and withholding tax documents.
• Maintain complete and organized accounting and tax documentation.
• Support tax audits, tax clarification, and other requirements from tax authorities.
• Support management with financial and tax data when required.
