Job summary

PT. MULFORD INDONESIA is seeking an accounting and tax professional to handle daily recording, financial statements, reconciliations, and tax compliance within our chemicals & plastics manufacturing operations. The role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, and is detail-oriented and trustworthy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2-3 years of accounting and tax experience.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and highly responsible.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Chemicals & Plastics Manufacturing 101-1,000 employees.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions (general journal, etc).
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow).
• Perform bank and petty cash reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of supporting documents for all transactions.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain and organize accounting documentation properly.
• Prepare and calculate tax obligations (PPN, PPh 21, 23, 25, 26, 4 ayat 2, etc.).
• Ensure on-time tax compliance, including payments and filings.
• Tax report filing (via Coretax).
