About the role

This is a key role within the Accounting and Finance team at PT Communication Cable Systems Indonesia Tbk. As the Accounting & Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and managing all tax-related matters. This is a contract position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage & oversee daily operations of the accounting & tax department.
• Monitor & analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Oversee all tax operation, ensuring compliance with regulation, developing tax strategy, and handling tax audit.
• Establish & maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
• Improve systems & procedures and initiate corrective actions.
• Assign projects & direct staff to ensure compliance & accuracy.
• Familiar & hands on with OJK & IDX Reporting.
• Coordinate & complete annual audits.
• Meet financial accounting objectives.
• Provide recommendations.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting from a reputable University.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position.
• Proven experience as Accounting & Tax Manager.
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software (ERP) & databases.
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, tax laws and regulations.
• Good understanding of accounting journals.
• High attention to detail & accuracy.
• Able to work in team and with tight date line.
• Honest, good leadership, problem solving oriented, discipline and friendly personality.
• Initiative & proactive.
