Job summary

J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo) is seeking a seasoned Accounting & Tax Leader in Jakarta to oversee all accounting and tax functions, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with local standards.

The role requires 10+ years of managerial experience, strong knowledge of Indonesian tax and accounting rules, and excellent leadership and communication abilities to interact with senior management and external auditors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience with proven managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, taxation regulations, financial reporting and audit processes.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to engage with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Accounting and Tax functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and tax compliance.
• Manage monthly and annual financial closing, financial statements, tax reporting, and statutory reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Taxation, with 10+ years of relevant experience and proven managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, taxation regulations, financial reporting, and audit processes.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with accounting/ERP systems.
• Good command of English is required; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
