Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the accounting team, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements and reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with SAK, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and submit statutory financial reports and tax documentation.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures with journal entries and accruals.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities, analyzing variances.
• Liaise with external auditors and government agencies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement more efficient procedures.
