Job summary

Indoraya Sejahtera Group, a tobacco manufacturing company in Jawa Timur, is seeking a Supervisor Accounting Biaya to oversee financial transaction data entry and cost analysis. The role focuses on controlling operational and production costs, creating and archiving financial documents, and ensuring accurate reports for management.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting with at least 1 year in accounting/finance, strong Excel skills, and experience with Accurate software.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in Accounting
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting/Finance (Supervisor experience or fresh graduate applicants welcome)
• Deep understanding of accounting fundamentals, bookkeeping, and cost accounting analysis
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel well (advanced formula mastery and pivot tables are an added value)
• Experienced in operating accounting software (Accurate experience preferred)
• Detail-oriented, organized, with managerial and good administrative capabilities
• Able to work under pressure with targets and deadlines
• Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and with high integrity
• Willing to be placed in Ds. Tanjung Kalang, Kec. Ngronggot, Kab. Nganjuk, Jawa Timur

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage recording and input of financial transaction data into the company's accounting system
• Perform control, analysis, and recapitulation of operational and production costs on a regular basis
• Oversee creation and archiving of financial documents (invoices, POs, vouchers, and other supporting documents)
• Perform reconciliation of financial data and ensure accuracy of reports
• Oversee AP/AR (accounts payable/receivable) processes
• Prepare financial reports, cost analysis, and daily/monthly recapitulation for management
• Coordinate actively across departments (Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse, and operations)
• Ensure proper administration and filing of financial documents is organized and structured
