Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, supervising a team of accountants, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and compliance with local tax regulations
  • Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts
  • Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation and information
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting team
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making and improve financial processes
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  • Must have prior experience working in a Public Accounting Firm
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Active in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
