Job summary

PT Teknologi Weldim Indonesia is seeking an Accounting Staff to manage full-cycle bookkeeping and maintain Accurate Accounting Software. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting and 1–2 years of experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or engineering services, with strong PSAK knowledge and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• 1–2 years accounting experience; Oil & Gas or engineering services is a plus.
• Expert proficiency in Accurate Accounting Software; operate independently.
• Strong PSAK knowledge, journaling, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Journaling: General Ledger, accruals, depreciation.
• Manage data input, transaction processing, and system troubleshooting in Accurate.
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, verify invoices vs POs/Contracts.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet analysis.
• Ensure ISO 37001 compliance and assist monthly tax reporting (PPh and PPN).
• Lead preparation of accounting schedules for audits.

The Role We are looking for a technically proficient Accounting Staff to manage our full-cycle bookkeeping and financial systems. The successful candidate will be the primary operator for Accurate Accounting Software and must be capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Journaling: Execute precise daily entries, including General Ledger, accruals, and depreciation.

Accurate Software Specialist: Manage data input, transaction processing, and system troubleshooting within Accurate.

Account Management: Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), verifying invoices against POs/Contracts.

Financial Reconciliation: Perform complex monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet analysis to ensure zero-discrepancy reporting.

ISO & Tax Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to ISO 37001 standards and prepare comprehensive data sets for monthly tax reporting (PPh and PPN).

Audit Readiness: Lead the preparation of accounting schedules and supporting documents for internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting.

Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in an accounting role (Experience in Oil & Gas or Engineering services is a plus).

Mandatory: Expert proficiency in Accurate Accounting Software. You must be able to operate the system independently from day one.

Strong understanding of PSAK, manual journaling logic, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) for reporting.
