Job summary

GIGI SUSU in Bali seeks an Accounting/Finance staff to support daily cash audits and reconciliations, record transactions into the general ledger, and prepare key financial reports. You will manage accounts payable and receivable, handle daily sales reconciliation across payment methods (cash, transfer, EDC, QRIS), and use Excel/Google Sheets and Jurnal.id to keep data accurate and organized.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiar with accounting software, preferably Jurnal.id.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cash audits and cash reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, records, receipts, and invoices.
• Record financial transactions into the general ledger accurately and timely.
• Verify, allocate, and reconcile accounts receivable and payable.
• Monitor operational expenses and report discrepancies when necessary.
• Ensure all financial documents are properly organized and stored according to company procedures.
• Assist in preparing financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and General Ledger.
• Prepare and manage daily sales reports and reconcile transactions from various payment methods (cash, bank transfer, EDC, QRIS).
• Verify financial documents including invoices, receipts, payment slips, and other supporting documents.
• Input and manage financial data using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software such as Jurnal.id.
