Job summary

Paramount Land, the property arm of PT Paramount Enterprise International, located near Tangerang, is seeking an Accounting Staff to ensure accuracy of monthly and annual financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) and to manage financial transactions.

The role involves bank reconciliations, AR/AP reconciliations, tax calculations, audits support, cost monitoring, and assisting in budgeting; requires coordination with internal teams and timely financial closing.

Job description

This role involves preparing and ensuring the accuracy of monthly and annual financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow) in accordance with applicable accounting standards, as well as managing financial transactions, bank reconciliations, and tax compliance.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and ensure accuracy of monthly and annual financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow) in accordance with applicable accounting standards

Record financial transactions, general journals, and ensure completeness of supporting documents

Manage and perform bank reconciliations, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) reconciliations on a regular basis

Calculate, prepare, and report company tax obligations (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPN, and Annual Corporate Tax Return) accurately and on time

Perform tax reconciliation and ensure alignment between accounting data and tax reports

Prepare data and supporting documents for internal audits, external audits, and tax inspections

Monitor costs, and assist in budget preparation

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards, and provide input regarding potential tax risks

Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations) and external parties

Perform monthly and annual closing, and maintain organization and completeness of finance, accounting, and tax document filing
