Job summary

PT MAP AKTIF ADIPERKASA is seeking a skilled accountant to manage fixed asset depreciation, disposals, and transfers, and to perform AUC clearing in SAP for store openings and closures.

The role involves generating monthly management and statutory reports, preparing capex and internal orders, and supplying audit-ready data for financial reviews. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role.
• Familiar with Ms. Excel and SAP (or other ERP system).
• Experienced in preparing and creating Financial Statements.
• Ability to handle high-pressure environment with high pace growth.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and maintain record of fixed asset depreciation/disposal/transfer for store opening/closure and provide its monthly reports; perform AUC clearing in SAP.
• Produce data/reports for internal management and statutory purposes, such as monthly balance sheet reconciliation and other related reports.
• Create numbers of Internal Order, prepare Capex, AUC, and asset numbers in the system for Purchasing, P&D, and IT teams.
• Provide required data/documents/confirmation/calculation for financial audit.

Calculate and maintain record of fixed asset depreciation/disposal/transfer for store opening/closure and provide its monthly reports; perform AUC (Asset Under Construction) clearing in SAP

Produce data/reports for internal management and statutory purposes, such as performing monthly balance sheet reconciliation, fiscal correction report, prepare Utang Luar Negeri for BAPEPAM and Kegiatan Penerapan Prinsip Kehati-hatian (KPPK) supporting documents, intercompany reconciliation, risk management report, Current Assets/Current Liabilities (CA - CL) rental report, and other reports

Create number of Internal Order, prepare Capex, AUC, and asset number in the system based on information from finance for Purchasing, P&D, and IT team to ensure all asset has internal order number

Provide required data/documents/confirmation/calculation for financial audit

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting from reputable university
