Zusammenfassung

Electrum is seeking an experienced accounting professional to own accurate accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting support. You will partner with Finance, Operations, Tax, and external auditors to ensure reliable books and decision-ready data.

Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, GL maintenance, intercompany balances, and coordination on audits. Strong Indonesian standards knowledge and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, month-end close, reconciliations and financial controls.
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on ERP experience.
• Professional English and Bahasa Indonesia communication.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Maintain the general ledger, account mapping, documentation, and policies.
• Reconcile bank, cash, receivables, payables, fixed assets, inventory, and intercompany balances.
• Support monthly financial statements, management reports, and statutory reporting.
• Review AP/AR transactions and ensure proper supporting documents.
• Coordinate with Tax and external auditors on reconciliations, filings, and requests.
• Strengthen internal controls, identify risks, and drive process improvements and automation.
• Coach junior accounting team members with technical guidance.
