Job summary

PT. TPINC TRADING JAKARTA is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the Accounting Department in Subang, West Java.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, 18+ years in accounting, and at least 5 years in a leadership role. You will ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations, coordinate audits, and oversee budgeting, reporting and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Over 18 years of experience in the accounting field.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and Indonesian accounting regulations.
• Brevet A & B Certification is mandatory.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Accounting Department.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.

• Mentor and develop the accounting team to achieve high performance.
