Job summary

CNGR Indonesia is seeking a qualified finance professional to lead consolidation and financial reporting. You will manage general ledger activities, month-end and year-end closes, and prepare consolidated statements for the group.

You will also coordinate intercompany reconciliations, elimination entries, and support auditors. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, internal control expertise, and collaboration across finance and business teams to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and consolidation procedures.
• Experience with internal controls, internal audit, and financial disclosure.
• Experience in listed companies, large corporate groups, or IPO-related projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and other financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations, general ledger maintenance, month-end and year-end closing, and financial statement preparation


• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial records and reports


• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for the group and its subsidiaries


• Perform intercompany reconciliation, consolidation adjustments, and elimination entries


• Develop, implement, and improve internal control procedures and financial management processes


• Identify financial and operational risks, evaluate control effectiveness, and follow up on corrective actions


• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit-related activities


• Assist in preparing financial information and supporting documents for periodic financial reports and information disclosure.


• Ensure financial data consistency, accuracy, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.


• Work closely with finance, business, and other functional teams to support financial reporting, internal control, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• Relevant experience in financial accounting, consolidated financial statements, internal control, internal audit, or financial disclosure.


• Solid knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, consolidation procedures, and internal control practices.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.


• Experience working in both corporate finance (in-house) and an accounting firm or professional services environment is preferred.


• Experience in listed companies, large corporate groups, or IPO-related projects is an advantage.


• PA, ACCA, CMA, or other relevant professional qualifications


• Experience with cross-border financial reporting or multinational corporate groups
