PT Artra Intra Teknologi seeks a seasoned Finance Leader to own the group accounting and tax function across multiple entities, including offshore structures. You will drive consolidation, policy improvement, and regulatory reporting under PSAK/IFRS, coordinating audits and tax matters with external parties.

Ideal candidate has 3–4 years in accounting, 2+ years in leadership, and deep IFRS/PSAK and tax expertise to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant accounting and tax experience.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements for multi-entity groups.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK and IFRS.
• Strong Indonesian tax knowledge (CIT, VAT, withholding taxes).

Descripción del empleo

• Prepare and/or review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated and statutory financial statements for the group structures and their respective subsidiaries, in preparation for audit-ready reporting in accordance with PSAK/IFRS
• Full ownership of the accounting & tax function across all entities & offshore entities: ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial and tax reporting.
• Review and strengthen accounting policies, tax compliance procedures, and internal controls across entities to support scalable, audit-ready reporting.

Manage External Auditors and External Consultants/Advisors, and Other External Parties on Accounting and Tax Matters.

• Manage audit timeline and deliverables, serve as primary point of contact for all audit queries; drive resolution of complex accounting and regulatory issues raised during audit across entities.
• Act as the main point of contact / liason with external auditors, tax consultants/advisors, and other external parties on accounting and tax matters.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance and Treasury teams by establishing clear responsibilities, performance expectations, financial discipline, and continuous improvement priorities.

Experience preparing consolidated financial statements for multi-tier subsidiary structures.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.

Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, and taxation, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.

Proven experience in managing end-to-end accounting and tax functions across multiple legal entities, preferably within a group structure, multinational company, or shared services environment.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), including consolidated financial statements and statutory reporting requirements.

Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and corporate tax compliance, including Corporate Income Tax, VAT (PPN), withholding taxes (PPh), and annual tax reporting.

Hands-on experience in managing external audits, coordinating with external auditors and tax consultants, and resolving complex accounting and tax issues.

Experience in developing and strengthening accounting policies, tax compliance procedures, internal controls, and financial reporting processes.

Familiarity with cross-border transactions, offshore entities, international taxation, and transfer pricing is highly preferred.

Proficiency in accounting systems or ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with financial consolidation and reporting tools is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines.

Proven leadership skills, including the ability to lead, mentor, and develop accounting, tax, and treasury team members.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with senior management, auditors, consultants, and other external parties.

Strong command of English, both written and spoken, to support communication and reporting involving offshore entities and international stakeholders.
