Job summary

PT. Guna Solusindo Utama (YARD Financial Solutions) in Bali seeks an experienced Accounting Admin to support clients with accounting and administrative tasks.

This full-time role is based in Badung, Bali, with relocation to Ungasan, Badung, Bali. You will record daily financial transactions, prepare monthly reports, manage invoices, assist with tax administration, and ensure a smooth financial workflow across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong background in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in a similar role; consultant experience is a plus.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Prepare monthly financial reports: journals, balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow statements.
• Manage invoices, receipts, and proofs of payment.
• Assist with VAT, income tax, e-Faktur, and other tax administration tasks.
• Perform routine bank reconciliations and assist audits.

PT. Guna Solusindo Utama (known as YARD Financial Solutions) are seeking an experienced Accounting Admin to join the dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Badung, Bali, and will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to the company's client.

What you'll be doing

Assisting in the accurate and timely recording of daily company financial transactions.

Preparing monthly financial reports, such as journals, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.

Managing financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and proofs of payment.

Assisting with the tax administration process (VAT, PPh/Income Tax, e-Faktur, etc.).

Performing routine bank reconciliations.

Assisting in the preparation of data for internal and external audit purposes.

Neatly archiving financial and administrative documents.

Coordinating with the project team and management to ensure a smooth financial workflow.

Compiling reports on office operational expenses.

Providing general administrative support required by the finance division or management.

What we’re looking for

Strong background in accounting, finance, or related field.

Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, have experience in consultant is plus.

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with Indonesian accounting practices and regulations

Willing to relocate to Ungasan, Badung, Bali.
