Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a production supervisor to manage shift attendance, work schedules and general personnel administration on the shop floor. You will plan material distribution, oversee waste management and inventory tracking, with a strong focus on CILT practices.

You will execute material movements, inventory requisitions, and Purchase Requests in ERP systems, monitor workflow efficiency, and escalate unresolved technical issues to the Supervisor within 30 minutes.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK equivalent; Diploma (D3) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production/manufacturing with leadership of a small team.
• Strong technical background in CILT procedures, inventory administration, and hazard identification/risk assessment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Willing to work in 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Manage shift attendance, work schedules, and general personnel administration on the shop floor.
• Plan and oversee material distribution, physical waste management, and inventory tracking (counts, labeling, aging reports).
• Coordinate and enforce CILT (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening) execution in the work area.
• Execute material movements, inventory requisitions, and Purchase Requests (RFP) in ERP systems.
• Monitor workflow efficiency and escalates technical issues to the Supervisor if unresolved within 30 minutes.
