Job summary

LMN VFX in Jakarta is seeking a seasoned 3D Environment Lead to guide the modeling team in a fast-paced production environment, setting creative and technical standards, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, production-ready assets.

You will plan and delegate tasks, review teammates’ work, collaborate across departments to solve production challenges, and continuously improve workflows and tools while communicating clearly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the modeling team in a fast-paced, collaborative production environment.
• Set the creative & technical standard. Review and provide feedback on team members’ work to ensure those artistic and technical standards are met.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality, production-ready assets with efficient topology, clean UVs, and proper geometry flow.
• Plan, delegate, and monitor your team to ensure timely delivery of tasks according to the production schedule.
• Collaborate across departments to find creative and technical solutions for production challenges.
• Ensure seamless workflow within and across teams/departments.
• Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows, tools, and team.
• Cool under pressure, with strong communication, creative, and problem-solving skills
