Job summary

Intelli Owl is seeking an experienced SAP Basis administrator to lead technical administration and operations. The role requires hands-on SAP technology expertise, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to manage critical situations across diverse client landscapes.

Ideal candidates will have experience with SAP RISE/ECS and demonstrated ability to plan and implement SAP projects in complex environments. Collaboration within a global, virtual team will be essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of SAP technical administration and operations (SAP Basis).
• Minimum 5+ years in customer facing role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP technologies and products; SAP certification is beneficial.
• Experience in de-escalating critical situations.
• Knowledge of SAP RISE or ECS is advantageous.
• Experience in technical project planning, implementation, and configuration.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer facing role


• Hands on experience and working knowledge of SAP Technologies and Products (SAP certification highly beneficial).


• Experience in de-escalating critical situations.


• Knowledge of SAP RISE or ECS experience is advantageous.


• Experience in technical project planning, implementation, and configuration.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong background in SAP solutions, technology, and products, and cloud technology.


• Identify top issues, define & execute service plan activities and orchestrate implementation of technical action items across customer landscapes


• Ability to work effectively as part of a virtual, dynamic, and dispersed team.


• Good understanding of cloud architecture and IT technical infrastructure.


• Strong customer focus, networking, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.


• Competency in multi-tasking and managing multiple engagements in parallel.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in SAP Basis/Application, Project Management, or Hyperscalers (Azure/AWS/GCP).


• Knowledge of Project Management, IT Service Management standards (e.g., ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and methodologies for SAP IT operations.
