Job summary

Intelli Owl is seeking an experienced SAP Basis administrator to lead technical administration and operations. The role requires hands-on SAP technology expertise, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to manage critical situations across diverse client landscapes.

Ideal candidates will have experience with SAP RISE/ECS and demonstrated ability to plan and implement SAP projects in complex environments. Collaboration within a global, virtual team will be essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of SAP technical administration and operations (SAP Basis).
• Minimum 5+ years in customer facing role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP technologies and products; SAP certification is beneficial.
• Experience in de-escalating critical situations.
• Knowledge of SAP RISE or ECS is advantageous.
• Experience in technical project planning, implementation, and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Identify top issues, define and execute service plan activities across customer landscapes.
• Implement technical action items and coordinate across customer environments.
• Work effectively in a virtual, dynamic, dispersed team.
