Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a senior supervisor to oversee the HBFDCC and Tung Wah Cares Hotlines, directing service implementation and centre operations. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to promote new services and build district partnerships.

The role requires a social work degree with SWRB registration, English and Chinese proficiency, and at least two years of relevant experience. Contract terms apply, with staff benefits including medical coverage and development allowances.

Qualifications

• English and Chinese language proficiency required (HKCEE/HKAL-based equivalent).
• A recognised degree in Social Work or equivalent is essential.
• Registration under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance (Cap. 505) as Registered Social Worker is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service implementation and centre operation of the HBFDCC and the Tung Wah Cares Hotlines.
• Develop and promote innovative services.
• Supervise staff at different levels and facilitate collaboration among professional staff.
• Network with district partners and stakeholders.
• Prepare funding proposals.
• Establish and manage budgets, control expenditures and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Work in shifts.
