Yau Lee Holdings Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Works Supervisor for building projects. You will oversee construction activities, coordinate site operations and ensure safety and quality compliance.

Candidate should hold a Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in Cantonese and written Chinese. Relevant safety certifications including Green Card are preferred.

• Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Cantonese spoken and Chinese written.
• 3 years of relevant building works experience.
• Safety courses including Green Card and Confined Spaces training.

Certificate in Building Studies from a Hong Kong Polytechnic / University / Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute; or equivalent; and

Possessing 3 years’ relevant experience;

Proficiency in spoken Cantonese and written Chinese.

Occupation Safety and Health Management Course;

Basic Accident Prevention Course;

Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card); and

Certified Worker Training Couse for Confined Spaces.
