Responsabilités

• Supervise, control, monitor and coordinate the design and installation of building services works, electrical and mechanical works, builder's work, utility services and specialists works in various projects, particularly healthcare projects.
• Liaise with clients, clients' representatives, design consultants, project team, main contractor, BS/E&M sub-contractors and specialist contractors regarding design, installation, site inspection, testing and commissioning to meet contract requirements in terms of quality, progress and programme.

• supervise, control, monitor and co-ordinate the design and installation of all building services works, electrical and mechanical services work, builder’s work, utility services and specialists works in various project, particularly in Healthcare project
• liaise with clients, clients' representatives, design consultants, project team, main-contractor, BS/E&M sub-contractors, specialist contractors regarding all design, installation, site inspection, testing and commissioning work to comply with the contract requirement in term of quality, progress and programme aspects
