Yau Lee Holdings Limited is seeking a professional to supervise and coordinate building services design and installation, with emphasis on electrical and mechanical works for healthcare projects. The role involves ensuring quality, progress, and programme adherence on site.

You'll liaise with clients, consultants, project teams, and contractors to meet contract requirements and sustainability goals in a dynamic Hong Kong environment. Relevant experience in healthcare facilities is preferred.

supervise, control, monitor and co-ordinate the design and installation of all building services works, electrical and mechanical services work, builder’s work, utility services and specialists works in various project, particularly in Healthcare project

liaise with clients, clients' representatives, design consultants, project team, main-contractor, BS/E&M sub-contractors, specialist contractors regarding all design, installation, site inspection, testing and commissioning work to comply with the contract requirement in term of quality, progress and programme aspects
