About the job Works Supervisor (Building Services)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the supervision of the construction works assigned to him / her;
• Carry out duties of a Contractor Employed Clerk of Works as detailed in the Site Administration Handbook (SAH) published by the ArchSD;
• Manage and monitor the site activities conforming to the Employer's Requirements, ArchSD General Specification, the Site Administration Handbook (SAH), relevant BSEN and Code of Practice, or other documents as specified by the Project Manager or Supervisor or his / her delegates.

Requirements:

• Certificate in Building or Building Studies from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University, or equivalent;
• Attained language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent;
• At least 3 years' relevant post-working experience of site supervision;
• Good understanding and practice in safety;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
