Job summary

BAH Partners Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a hands-on Lead Windows Infrastructure Engineer to manage and enhance its enterprise infrastructure. You will lead technical initiatives while remaining hands-on, ensuring design, upgrades, migrations and resilience.

The role requires deep expertise in Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, PowerShell, VMware, and strong networking and security knowledge, with excellent communication to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
• Hands-on PowerShell scripting, automation and VMware.
• Experience in infrastructure design, upgrades, migrations and performance optimisation.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, high availability and disaster recovery.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives while remaining hands-on.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
