Janestreet is seeking a talented engineer to enhance and manage our Windows infrastructure in Hong Kong. The candidate will work on automating, improving, and standardising our Windows environment, utilizing tools such as PowerShell, Python, or C#.

This role involves collaborating with teams globally to resolve issues, document processes, and ensure performance reliability across our systems. Successful candidates will have advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, troubleshooting, and a commitment to delivering exceptional support.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Ability to automate deployment and monitoring environments.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve internal Windows infrastructure.
• Automate and standardise Windows environment.
• Collaborate with global teams on deployments and issue resolution.

Skills

Advanced experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11

Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python or C#

Knowledge of Active Directory, Kerberos, DNS, Group Policy

Troubleshooting skills for Windows OS and applications

Experience with hardware monitoring and performance tuning

Problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments

Clear communication and customer service skills

Collaborative work approach

Fluency in English
