Job summary

moomoo is seeking a product leader to own the end-to-end Web3 trading experience, spanning product, growth, and UX. You will translate user insights into strategic roadmaps that boost activation, engagement, and trading volume across segments.

Lead cross-functional teams with design, UX, and engineering to deliver high-quality features, conduct research, track market trends, and drive product-led growth in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Product management experience in Web3, cryptocurrency, fintech, or trading-related products.
• Strong understanding of trading products and the needs and behaviors of different trader segments.
• Experience driving product-led growth through funnel optimization, feature adoption, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Strong UX judgment, with the ability to translate complex trading workflows into clear and intuitive user experiences.
• Demonstrated experience managing products from research and planning through development and launch.
• Strong user-research, competitive-analysis, and product-planning capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and translate business and user needs into clear product requirements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and deliver high-quality products efficiently.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end trading experience for Web3, including product, growth, and UX.
• Understand trading needs of user segments and translate insights into strategy.
• Manage the trading experience and UX, including design, flows, and front-end features.
• Define and execute the roadmap across trading, growth, and UX.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from research to launch and optimization.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and turn insights into improvements.
• Collaborate with Design, UX, Engineering and other teams for quality delivery.
• Track leading platforms and perform regular competitive analysis.
• Product management experience in Web3, crypto, fintech, or trading products.
• Strong understanding of trading products and trader segment needs.
• Drive product-led growth through funnel optimization and adoption.
