Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited seeks a meticulous Wealth Management Operations Officer (6-Month Contract) to join the Wealth Management Operations & Private Banking Department in Hong Kong. You will provide vital clerical and operational support, handling KYC/CDD reviews, account opening procedures, and remittance verification in compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline.
Recent university graduates with a keen interest in pursuing a career within banking and wealth management are welcomed.
Prior experience in KYC / CDD, account opening, or general private banking operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Support CSOs with clerical duties, including execution of account opening, verification of remittance receipts, and completion of KYC / CDD reviews and analytical reports.
Provide operational and administrative support to RMs regarding client transactional and operational queries.
Perform systematic document filing, data input, and maintain operational documentation accuracy.
Participate in ad-hoc operational projects and duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
