Delta Asia Wealth Management Limited is recruiting high-potential fresh graduates for a structured Wealth Management Trainee (WMT) Program in Hong Kong. The program offers systematic training, hands-on exposure, and a clear career pathway within the group.

We provide comprehensive product training, mentorship, and opportunities to develop client relationship advisory and sales skills in a supportive, long-term banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree holder; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong interest in banking, wealth management, and client-facing services.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; Putonghua preferred.
• Fresh graduates and IANG holders are welcome to apply.
