Job summary

Faith Wealth Management in Hong Kong is seeking high-potential graduates for a structured Graduate Programme in wealth management. You will receive mentorship from established financial advisors, participate in training and workshops, and work on practical client-management experiences.

Applicants with a bachelor's degree, fluency in English and Mandarin, and an entrepreneurial mindset are encouraged. The role offers a monthly allowance plus commissions, with a clear path toward MDRT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Year 3 and Year 4 students are welcome to apply)
• Fluent in both spoken and written EnglishandMandarin; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
• Demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset and proactively drive project goals
• Outstanding team player

• Gain practical client management experience through direct mentorship alongside established financial advisors.
