Job summary

LINX ADVISORY is seeking a Management Trainee to join a structured program with mentorship and clear career progression in wealth advisory. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Self-driven, energetic, and hardworking with genuine interest in wealth management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Willing to obtain relevant financial industry licenses (IIQE, SFC, CPA).
• Comprehensive in-house training and mentorship from senior practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients, understand their financial goals and risk appetite, and help design customized wealth planning strategies.
• Work with senior consultants to monitor and review client investment portfolios, prepare performance updates, and follow up with assigned clients.
• Research global market trends, investment products, and economic news to support investment recommendations and internal decisions.
• Prepare investment reports, client statements, and related documents; assist with investment transaction workflows while following regulatory requirements.
• Grow your professional network, take part in client acquisition activities, and contribute to team business targets.
• Participate in the comprehensive trainee program, receive ongoing mentorship, and prepare for industry licenses (e.g., IIQE, SFC) to accelerate your career.
