Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau invites ambitious graduates to join our wealth management team in Hong Kong. You will work alongside seasoned financial advisors to build client relationships and tailor investment strategies for High Net Worth individuals.

You will participate in structured training and development programs, expand cross-border wealth solutions for HK and Mainland clients, and monitor macroeconomic trends to deliver proactive recommendations for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Year 3/4 students welcome.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Mandarin preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive with revenue targets.
• Outstanding team player.

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced financial advisors to gain client relationship management experience.
• Design and present tailored asset allocation and risk mitigation strategies for HNW clients.
• Participate in structured training programs and professional development workshops.
• Expand cross-border wealth solutions for HK and Mainland clients within the Greater Bay Area.
• Track macroeconomic trends and policy updates to deliver proactive recommendations.
