Job summary

CASH Financial Services Group Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager Trainee (Fresh graduates are welcome) in Hong Kong. You will develop and maintain client relationships, provide professional insurance and wealth planning advice, and conduct needs analyses to recommend suitable financial solutions.

As a trainee, you will follow up with existing clients, present tailored proposals, and participate in company training programs to develop your career in wealth management.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above (Fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Self-motivated, positive attitude, and willing to learn.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients achieve financial success.
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Willing to obtain IIQE Papers 1, 2 & 3.
• Cantonese is required; English and Mandarin are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with in-house clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
• Provide professional advice on insurance, wealth accumulation, retirement, education, and protection planning.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Follow up with existing clients and provide ongoing portfolio reviews and servicing.
• Prepare and present financial proposals tailored to clients' needs.
• Participate in company training programs and professional development activities.
