Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking fresh graduates and career-switchers for a Financial Advisory trainee program designed to build professional wealth management and client-facing skills. You will gain hands-on experience across policy details, client needs analysis, and family protection planning—starting from scratch.

You will receive 1-on-1 mentorship from licensed mentors, joint client meetings, and access to a robust knowledge base, monthly product seminars, and lead-generation support.

Requirements & Qualifications

• No Experience Required: Fresh graduates and career-switchers welcome; full training and mentorship provided.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent Cantonese is required, with good spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Work Authorization: Legally eligible to work in Hong Kong (Permanent Resident, TTPS, QMAS, IANG, Dependent Visa, or other valid work permits).
