Job summary

Michael Page is representing a leading private bank in Hong Kong's wealth management space. The role focuses on developing and executing investment solutions strategy across mutual funds, discretionary products, and alternatives to drive growth.

You will partner with investment advisory, distribution and product teams and front office to translate market opportunities into actionable initiatives, generate insights, and support senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in private banking, wealth management, or investment product distribution.
• Strong knowledge of mutual funds, discretionary investments, and alternatives.
• Proven track record partnering with frontline sales teams.
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA/CAIA/CFP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to investment solutions strategy and growth of funds, discretionary and alternatives.
• Collaborate with advisory, distribution and product teams to translate market opportunities.
• Generate market intelligence and competitive insights to support positioning and planning.
• Analyze performance, sales and client trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive platform enhancements, new product launches, and regulatory-driven initiatives.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance, operations and marketing to execute priorities.
• Develop investment content and client communications to enhance frontline knowledge.
• Serve as contact for investment inquiries, guiding stakeholders through market developments.
• Support client events and campaigns to deepen engagement and penetration.
