Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related.
Minimum 10 years of experience within private banking, wealth management, asset management, or investment product distribution.
Strong knowledge of mutual funds, discretionary investment solutions, and wealth management products; exposure to alternatives is advantageous.
Proven track record partnering with frontline sales teams and supporting investment product distribution.
Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate market trends into opportunities.
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; CFA/CAIA/CFP preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as a key contributor to the development and execution of the investment solutions strategy for wealth management.
Partner with investment advisory, distribution, and product teams to identify client needs and enhance the investment proposition.
Generate market intelligence and competitive insights to support product positioning and planning.
Analyse business performance, sales activity, and client trends to identify growth opportunities and advise senior stakeholders.
Drive investment-related projects, platform enhancements, new product launches, and regulatory-driven developments.
Collaborate with risk, compliance, operations, and marketing to execute business priorities.
Develop investment content, market updates, and communications for client engagement and frontline teams.
Serve as a point of contact for investment-related inquiries on market developments, features, and portfolio solutions.
Contribute to client events, seminars, thematic campaigns, and business development activities to deepen investment penetration.
