Job summary

DBS Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager for Consumer Banking Digital Products. You will help shape the product vision and roadmap, acting as a product evangelist to stakeholders and ensuring a seamless customer journey across online and offline touchpoints.

You will drive end-to-end launches, collaborate with diverse teams, and test ideas through small experiments to grow online channel share and conversion.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Consumer Banking–wealth management and Investment products.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills to convey complex ideas to stakeholders.
• Experience in digital channel management, gathering business requirements, product development/e-commerce.
• Exposure to Web/App development or Fintech integrations is a plus.
• Experience driving agile digital projects.
• Creative thinking and curiosity to drive innovation and business value.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and influence multiple stakeholders.
• Solid problem-solving with proactive risk anticipation.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Digital Product Manager to shape product vision and roadmap for Digital Products in Consumer Banking.
• Evangelize products to internal and external stakeholders and communicate benefits and unique selling propositions.
• Develop customer journeys that improve online to offline consistency with data analysis.
• Assist and drive end-to-end digital product launches for timely, smooth rollout.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to align on goals and priorities.
• Innovate to grow online channel share and conversion across platforms.
• Run small experiments to test market acceptance and iterate for outcomes.
• Quantify customer feedback and translate into actionable insights with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement product launch communications to increase awareness and adoption.
• Support post-implementation tasks like training, issue investigation and escalation.
