Job summary

JPMorgan Private Bank's International Wealth Advisory team in Asia seeks an Associate to support Wealth Advisors and clients. You will maintain trust structures inventories, prepare client-ready materials, and coordinate with ITS for onboarding.

The role requires organized, independent workers with knowledge of wealth planning, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to produce Chinese versions when needed. Local regulatory awareness is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in private banking, trust company, or law firm.
• Experience as paralegal, trust administrator/officer, or accountant is an advantage.
• General understanding of wealth planning and advisory matters.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventories of trust structures and manage team records.
• Prepare client-ready presentations and marketing materials, including Chinese versions when required.
• Track caseloads and deliver pipeline reports aligned with control requirements.
• Support events with logistics and cross-functional coordination.
• Liaise with International Trust Services for new trust onboarding and related documents.
