Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a private bank, trust company, or law firm.
• Paralegal, trust administration, trust officer, trust administrator or accountant experience is advantageous.
• General understanding of wealth planning and advisory matters for individuals and families.
• Proficient with MS Office; adaptable to new systems and technologies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision within a team.
• Strong interest to learn and grow alongside Wealth Advisors.
• Local regulatory qualification and licenses preferred
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory policies and guidelines

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventories of existing trust structures and manage records, repositories, and templates for the Wealth Advisory function.
• Prepare client-ready presentations and marketing materials for Wealth Advisors, including Chinese versions when required.
• Track caseloads and performance metrics; deliver pipeline and activity reports in compliance with controls.
• Support Wealth Advisor–led client and prospect events with logistics, materials, and cross-functional coordination.
• Liaise with International Trust Services for new trust onboarding, including memos and client documents.
• Maintain regular touchpoints with Wealth Advisors on complex matters.
• Support restructurings and trust reviews for ITS-administered structures; coordinate with fiduciary officers and external counsel.
• Address advisor queries on internal policies and planning matters; provide day-to-day support to Wealth Advisors, bankers, and analysts.
