Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Limited is seeking a logistics clerical staff to support delivery coordination and document preparation in Hong Kong. You will liaise with clients, verify stock availability, and relay shipping information to stores and warehouses.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of warehouse/logistics clerical experience, strong PC skills, and good English reading abilities. The role is a 5-day week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with medical and leave benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant warehouse and logistics clerical experience.
• Proficiency in PC operations including Word, Excel, fast accurate input Chinese.
• Able to read English and reply email.
• Well-organised and attentive to details.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & coordinate with clients for delivery arrangement & documents.
• Follow up with clients instruction & provide stock availability & shipping information to stores/warehouse.
• Input data into system.
• Update data file with in Excel.
