PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited is seeking a Warehouse Operations Officer to support the smooth running of daily warehouse activities, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely fulfillment of orders for the O+O business model.

You will assist in goods receiving, order picking, loading, and transportation, monitor stock movement with data-driven methods, and work to optimize space and efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education or above in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations with Retail, FMCG or eCommerce exposure is advantageous.
• Analytical, detail-minded and independent.
• Competency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Operations Manager in day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods receiving, order picking, loading, and transportation, to support timely and accurate order fulfillment across the O+O business model.
• Monitor stock movement and system data accuracy using a data-driven approach to control inventory discrepancies and maintain warehouse shrinkage within acceptable levels.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and operational efficiency by reviewing staff productivity, inventory reports, and performance metrics, leveraging data insights.
• Review and update SOPs to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient workflow, collaborating with internal stakeholders and service partners.
• Embrace collaboration as our way of working to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Job description

The Warehouse Operations Officer supports the smooth and efficient running of daily warehouse activities to ensure accurate inventory management and timely fulfillment of orders. By coordinating inbound and outbound operations, maintaining stock accuracy, and adhering to safety and quality standards, this role plays a vital part in delivering reliable service. Through operational excellence and teamwork, the position contributes directly to putting a smile on customers’ faces by ensuring the right products are delivered at the right time.

A typical day in this Role:

Assist the Warehouse Operations Manager in managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods receiving, order picking, loading, and transportation, to support timely and accurate order fulfillment across the O+O (Offline + Online) business model, with a strong customer-focused mindset.

Monitor stock movement and system data accuracy using a scientific and data-driven approach to control inventory discrepancies and maintain warehouse shrinkage within acceptable levels.

Optimize warehouse space utilization and operational efficiency by regularly reviewing staff productivity, inventory reports, and performance metrics, leveraging data insights to drive continuous improvement.

Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient workflow, while working closely with internal stakeholders and service partners—embracing collaboration as our way of working to support operational excellence.

Success will depend on:
