Watsons Hong Kong is hiring an Assistant Store Project Manager for a 1-year contract. You will coordinate store development initiatives from openings to renovations, working with Store Design and Procurement teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to brand standards.

As an Assistant Store Project Manager, you will play an key role in bringing store development plans to life. From new store openings and renovations to re‑fit, and closure projects, you will help ensure every project is delivered smoothly, efficiently and in line with business needs, brand standards and operational requirements.
What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinate and support store development projects including store opening, closure, re‑fit, and renovation by collaborating closely with the Store Design Team, Store Procurement Team and other Departments to drive effective project coordination, execution and compliance.
Support project delivery across the full project cycle, including initial studies, project proposal preparation, implementation, and project close‑out, ensuring requirements are met within budget and timeline.
Assist in preparing and maintaining project plans to track progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Monitor project progress, help identify potential risks and issues, and support the team in implementing mitigation plans.
Communicate project status clearly with stakeholders and assist in preparing updates, recommendations, and findings when required.
Support the application of project management processes and best practices to improve project efficiency and consistency.
Assist in identifying and prioritizing new project initiatives in line with business needs and objectives.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure works are carried out according to approved standards and requirements.
Support compliance with relevant guidelines, regulations, company policies, and standards during project execution.
Assist in ad hoc project as assigned
What You'll Bring:
Good problem‑solving and basic presentation skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Good organization skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in computer applications, including Excel and PowerPoint; AI or AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English.
