Job summary

JOBSEEK HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable frontline staff member in Hong Kong to deliver top-notch customer service and maintain smooth restaurant operations.

The role involves taking orders, serving beverages, and ensuring a clean, organized dining area. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, be able to work weekends and public holidays, and possess strong F&B knowledge with familiarity in restaurant POS systems.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years relavant working experience.
• Able to work on Weekends and PH.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand long time.
• Able to do everything when manpower is not enough. Including clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping).
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software/ POS.
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
