Hip Hing Construction Company Limited is seeking a Wages Protection Officer to verify compliance with wages protection policies on Hong Kong construction sites. You will inspect records, prepare monthly reports on wage payments and MPF contributions, and maintain daily wage books for site management.

The role involves handling wage complaints, verifying their validity, referring matters to Labour Department when needed, and flagging anomalies for investigation.

Formación

• Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Familiar with MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and labour laws.
• Post-secondary qualification in HR or personnel management is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Check and verify compliance with wages protection policies.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on wage payments and MPF contributions; maintain wage records.
• Conduct site inspections to verify personnel identities and ensure clear communication.
• Receive and assess complaints related to wage payments and related matters; verify validity.
• Refer complaint cases to Labour Department when appropriate and assist site personnel.
• Inform site management of anomalies for investigation and follow-up actions.
