Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Ultra-low Latency Trading Solution Developer in Hong Kong to join the Ultra-Low Latency & Exchange Connectivity Team. You will deliver high-performance software and hardware solutions that connect clients to exchanges and support major exchange protocols and FIX.

From day one, you deepen expertise in high-speed trading technology, with exposure to colocation platforms, risk and control frameworks, and equity trading workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of low-latency Linux distributed environments.
• Solid C++ development skills.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking is a plus.
• Knowledge of the FIX protocol is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Strong time management and coordination skills.
• High energy and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
