Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in capital markets or related areas.
• Strong communication and influencing skills in English and Mandarin; Cantonese helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development initiatives for HKEX, including market structure and Stock Connect projects.
• Perform market analysis and anticipate regulatory shifts to meet participant needs.
• Engage stakeholders across IT, regulators, and industry bodies to ensure collaboration and alignment.
• Drive project planning, budgeting, and execution across divisions.
