Job summary

Chong Hing Bank Limited is seeking an accomplished IT Project Manager to lead large-scale initiatives in a banking environment. The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, vendors and business users to ensure on-time delivery of project milestones.

Ideal candidates have a university degree in IT, at least 8 years of IT project management experience, and strong communication skills in English and Mandarin. PMP certification is preferred; seniority may be considered for AVP, PMO.

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience, preferably in banking/financial sector.
• Strong problem-solving, project management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• PMP certification is preferable; candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Vice President, PMO.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage critical, large-scale IT projects.
• Assist team head to review, update and enrich project management, SDLC and related documents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and business users.
• Formulate project plans, monitor milestones and manage risks.
• Coordinate cross-department project meetings across IT and business units.
• Oversee progress updates and status reporting for project deliverables.
• Manage vendor relationships during project implementation.
• Perform other adhoc projects or assignments.
