Zhong Ou Asset Management International Limited (ZOAM Intl.) is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the Product and Client Solutions team in Hong Kong. You will support onboarding, KYC/AML, due diligence, and the preparation of investment and marketing materials for investors, including bilingual documents.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in Big Four (Tax or Financial Services) or buy-side product design.
• Familiar with cross-border product structuring and tax regulations (FATCA, CRS 2.0).
• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, with good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Proactive, organised and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Handle client onboarding, KYC/AML due diligence, account opening, product setup and maintenance of records.
• Prepare bilingual investment and marketing materials for investors (including product factsheets).
• Prepare sales and marketing materials for prospective clients and support client solutions projects.
• Coordinate with clients, fund administrators and internal teams to respond to enquiries and due diligence requests.
• Assist with tax and regulatory information requirements relevant to cross-border products and structures.
• Maintain CRM records and support CRM system enhancements.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycles by tracking pipeline progress and ensuring on-time completion.
