Job summary

Zhong Ou Asset Management International Limited (ZOAM Intl.) is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join its Product and Client Solutions team in Hong Kong. The role targets candidates with Big Four Tax or Financial Services experience who want to pivot into asset management.

You will support onboarding, KYC/AML, due diligence, prep investment materials, client communications, and cross-department coordination, with bilingual Chinese-English marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years in Big Four Tax or financial services.
• Experience in tax advisory, due diligence, or cross-border investments.
• Knowledge of HK/China tax and regulatory developments incl. CRS 2.0, FATCA.
• Strong MS Office skills; PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented; able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support client and product onboarding, including KYC/AML due diligence and account opening.
• Prepare and update product presentations, fund profiles, factsheets, monthly reports, bilingual marketing materials.
• Coordinate with clients, fund administrators and internal teams to respond to inquiries and due diligence requests.
• Assist with tax and regulatory information requirements for cross-border investment products and CRS 2.0/FATCA.
• Maintain proper records and support process enhancements and governance.
